正念疗法对白血病患者化疗后负面情绪、睡眠质量及遵医行为的影响

Effect of mindfulness therapy on negative emotion,sleep quality and compliance of leukemia patients after chemotherapy

目的探讨正念疗法对白血病患者化疗后负面情绪、睡眠质量及遵医行为的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将114例白血病患者分为研究组和对照组,每组57例。化疗期间,对照组患者仅接受常规护理,研究组患者在对照组的基础上接受正念疗法。比较干预前和干预后8周两组患者的医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)评分、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分及遵医行为。结果干预前,研究组和对照组患者的HAD焦虑量表(HAD-A)、HAD抑郁量表(HAD-D)、SCL-90和PSQI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);干预后,研究组患者的HAD-A、HAD-D、SCL-90和PSQI评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗过程中,研究组患者的遵医行为优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论化疗过程中采用正念疗法有利于减轻白血病患者化疗后的负面情绪,提高睡眠质量,改善遵医行为。

Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness therapy on negative emotion,sleep quality and compliance of leukemia patients after chemotherapy.Method 114 leukemia patients were randomly divided into the control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 57 patients in each group.During chemotherapy,the control group was given conventional nursing,and the study group was given mindfulness therapy on the basis of the control group.The differences of hospital anxiety and depression scale(HAD)score,symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)before and 8 weeks after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of HAD-A,HAD-D,SCL-90 and PSQI between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of HAD-A,HAD-D,SCL-90 and PSQI were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the compliance of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness therapy during chemotherapy of leukemia can alleviate negative emotion,improve sleep quality and compliance of patients.
