河南省新型城镇化和乡村振兴战略融合现状及问题研究

Research on the Current Situation and Problems of the New Urbanization and Rural Revitalization Strategy Integration in Henan Province

党的十八大以来,我国在城乡协同发展方面取得了明显成效,但仍然存在城乡要素流动路径不自由,公共服务和资源发展不均等的现象,乡村振兴和新型城镇化两大战略融合发展的障碍并未消除。党的十九大明确指出乡村振兴取决于新型城乡关系的建立。河南省既是农业大省也是人口大省,乡村振兴和新型城镇关系的建立不仅关系到本省的经济发展,也影响到国家战略布局。本文通过对河南省新型城镇化和乡村振兴战略融合现状的分析,梳理出两大战略融合过程中存在的问题,提出新型城镇化和乡村振兴战略融合的思路和对策建议。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has achieved remarkable results in the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.However,there are still phenomena of unsatisfactory urban and rural factor flow paths and unequal development of public services and resources.The obstacles to the integration of the two strategies of rural revitalization and new urbanization have not been eliminated.The 19th National Congress of China made it clear that rural revitalization depends on the establishment of a new type of urban-rural relationship.Henan Province is both a major agricultural province and a populous province.The revitalization of the countryside and the establishment of new urban relations not only affect the economic development of the province,but also affect the national strategic layout.This paper analyzes the current situation of the integration of new urbanization and rural revitalization strategies in Henan Province,combs out the problems in the process of the two major strategic integrations,and proposes ideas and countermeasures for the integration of new urbanization and rural revitalization strategies.
