信阳毛尖茶消费需求调研

Consumption of the Demand Survey of Xinyang Maojian Tea

为了了解不同人群对信阳毛尖茶的消费需求,通过对终端消费者、茶叶中间商、茶叶生产者三种不同的人群进行了网上市场调研,从三种不同的角度,对信阳毛尖的嫩度、条型、加工方式、香气、汤色、滋味等进行调查分析,共收集551人的调查问卷(终端消费者395人、茶叶中间商79人、茶叶生产者77人)。根据不同地区、不同职业、不同收入人群的消费者,进行信阳毛尖喜好的对比,结果显示:消费者更为喜爱紧条形、汤色则较喜欢清澈、滋味偏向于鲜爽、香气清香型略高于高火功,纯手工加工茶叶仍然是消费者更喜欢的方式,一芽一叶最受消费者喜爱。同时,也简要分析了茶叶中间商的喜好和茶叶生产者的生产情况。

In order to understand the different consumption needs of different people for Xinyang Maojian,this paper conducted online market research on three different groups of terminal consumers,tea intermedia ries and tea producers.From three different perspectives,this paper investigated and analyzed the tenderness,strip shape,processing method,aroma,soup color,taste,etc.of Xinyang Maojian.551 investigations and analyses were conducted in this survey(395 end consumers,79 tea intermediaries,77 tea producers).According to consumers in different regions,different occupations,and different income groups,the comparison of Xinyang Maojian's preferences is shown.The results show that consumers prefer tight bars,soups are more clear,taste is fresh,and fragrance is slightly higher Gao Huogong and purely hand-processed tea leaves are still the way consumers prefer,and one bud one leaf is the most popular among consumers.At the same time,this paper analyzed the preference of tea intermediaries and the production situations of tea producers.
