摘要 科学的教育实习模式对提高师范生实习效果,促进教师的专业发展有着重要的作用。针对当前国家对教师专业发展的要求,结合职前教师教育发展的现状,本文创设了“认知—任职—顶岗”教育实习模式,该模式的理论基础包括教师专业发展理论、教师实践性知识理论和建构主义学习理论,具有实习目标全方位、实习内容分阶段、实习指导双导师、实习评价科学化的特点,有利于提升实践教学的实效,创新实践教学模式,兼顾实习多方主体的利益。 The scientific educational practice mode plays an important role in improving the effect of normal students’practice and promoting the professional development of teachers.According to the current national requirements for the professional development of teachers,combined with the current situation of pre-service teacher education development,an educational practice mode of"cognition,serving and post practice"has been created.The theoretical basis of this mode includes the theory of teacher professional development,the theory of practical knowledge of teachers and the theory of constructivism learning.This mode has the characteristics of goal omni-directional,content stage by stage,guidance double mentors,evaluation scientific,which is conducive to improve the actual effect of practice teaching,innovating the practice teaching mode,and taking the interests of multiple subjects of practice into account.
