地方农业院校学科治理探析——以河南农业大学为例

Exploration on the Discipline Governance of Local Agricultural College——Take Henan Agricultural University as an Example

一流的大学需要有一流的学科作为支撑,一流的学科更离不开一流的学科治理。在创建“双一流”的过程中,地方农业院校能否进一步解放思想,不断推进学科治理创新,真正发挥好学科的龙头和核心作用,直接关系到地方高校治理体系和治理能力的现代化。本文以河南农业大学的学科建设、学科治理为例,初步探讨了学科治理的做法、成效以及对于其它地方农业院校的启示,以供相关高校参考借鉴。

The first-class university should have the first-class discipline as the support,and the first-class discipline can't leave the first-class discipline governance.In the process of"double first-class"construction,how to emancipate our mind,continuously advance the innovate in subject management of local colleges and universities,make it play a leading and core role,which is directly related to the modernization of governance system and governance ability of local colleges and universities.This paper takes the discipline construction and discipline governance of Henan Agricultural University as an example,and preliminarily discusses the practice,effect and enlightenment of others local agricultural college,then provides reference for relevant colleges and universities.
