感温探测灭火装置在梅花井煤矿运输系统中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对梅花井煤矿运输系统中带式输送机数量多、布置复杂、易发生火灾等问题,研发制造了一种感温探测灭火装置,详细介绍了感温探测灭火装置的结构组成及工作原理。通过运输系统沿线布置感温火灾探测电缆,对各部位温度进行监测,并通过控制器接收电缆反馈的信号,控制运输系统上方的喷淋灭火装置进行喷淋灭火或降温,以防止火灾发生。现场应用表明,该装置能够有效防范和控制火灾发生,提高运输系统的安全性。 In terms of the issues of large number of belt conveyors,complex arrangement and large fire tendency in transport system in Meihujing Coal Mine,a kind of temperature detection fire extinguishing apparatus was put forward,and its structural composition and operation principle were introduced in detail.Temperature sensing fire detection cables were arranged along the transportation system to monitor the temperature of each part,and the controller received the signal from the cable feedback to control the sprinkler fire extinguishing apparatus above the transportation system to spray or cool down to prevent fire.Field application showed that the apparatus could effectively prevent and control fire and improve the safety of transportation system.
