滤液阀开度影响加压过滤效果的试验研究及机制分析

摘要 为了明确滤液阀开度对加压过滤效果的影响程度及规律,从而为加压过滤系统提高单位面积处理能力、降低产品水分以及降低能耗提供相应借鉴,笔者利用以工业加压过滤相似缩小得到的加压过滤试验系统进行了单因素试验研究。研究结果表明,当滤液阀开度低于40%时,可显著影响加压过滤系统的处理能力及产品水分;通过调整滤液阀开度可独立调节加压过滤系统的处理能力及产品水分,尤其适用于二者不要求同步变化的情况;由试验结果机制分析得出,加压过滤滤液排出部分内阻较大,阻力系数约为32.14,如可以有效降低阻力系数,则对提高加压过滤系统处理能力、降低产品水分以及系统能耗有显著帮助。 In order to clarify the influence law and degree of filtrate valve opening on the pressure filtration effect,and provide the corresponding reference for the pressure filtration system to improve the treatment capacity per unit area,reduce the product moisture and the energy consumption,a single factor experimental study was carried out by using the pressure filtration test system which was similar to the industrial pressure filtration.The results show that when the opening of filtrate valve is less than 40%,the treatment capacity and product moisture of the pressure filtration system can be significantly affected;by adjusting the opening of the filtrate valve,the treatment capacity and product moisture of the pressure filtration system can be adjusted independently,especially when both of them do not need to change synchronously;the mechanism analysis of experimental results shows that the internal resistance of the filtrate discharge part of the pressurized filter is relatively large,with a resistance coefficient of about 32.14,if it can be effectively reduced,it will be helpful to improve the processing capacity of the pressure filtration system,reduce product moisture and system energy consumption.
