摘要
针对南海西部油田高温高盐油藏无在线调驱体系可用的问题,优化了一套适用于海上油田井口平台在线注入的耐温耐盐乳液聚合物冻胶体系,最佳配方为:1.2%~1.6%乳液聚合物+0.5%~0.8%酚醛交联剂。考察了温度、矿化度等因素对调驱体系性能的影响,测定了冻胶体系的溶解性、注入性、封堵性及选择封堵性能,实验结果表明:该调驱体系能够实现耐温130℃,耐盐60000 mg/L,耐二价离子2000 mg/L,具有良好的注入性、封堵性,剖面改善率达到99%以上,选择封堵性能良好,满足海上油田在线调驱作业要求。
According to the problem that no temperature and salt tolerance profile control agent could be injected to the pipeline directly in the western south China sea oilfield,the emulsion polymer on-line profile agent was developed for the offshore oilfield wellhead platform,whose formula of gel is optimized 1.2%1.6%emulsion polymer+0.50.8%phenolic resin prepolymer cross-linked agent.The experiment including temperature,salinity,injectivity,plugging property and selective plugging property was developed.The results of performance evaluation experiments showed that the temperature resistance is 130℃,salt tolerance is 60000 mg/L,calcium and magnesium tolerance is 2000 mg/L.It has good injectivity,plugging property and selective plugging property,whose profile improvement rate was above 99%.The profile control agent was suitable for the on-line profile control for offshore oilfield.
