336例空腹血糖受损患者血糖与人体成分的相关性分析 被引量:6

Correlation analysis of blood glucose and human body composition in 336 patients with impaired fasting glucose

摘要 目的分析空腹血糖受损与空腹血糖正常人群人体成分、血脂等的差异及关联。方法2018年7-12月在乌鲁木齐市某医院体检人群中选取336例空腹血糖受损(IFG)人群为病例组,按性别、年龄与病例组相匹配的336例血糖正常人群为对照组,多重线性回归分析血糖水平与人群的体成分、血脂的关系。结果病例组的骨骼肌肉量、蛋白质含量、无机盐含量、体脂肪量、体脂百分比、体内总水分、去脂体重、基础代谢均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间BMI、腰臀比(WHR)、腰围(WC)、高密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BMI、腰臀比(WHR)、腰围(WC)、高密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯异常时,IFG检出率较对照组要高。多重线性回归分析显示体脂肪量、甘油三酯、BMI、腰臀比、腰围异常是血糖水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论空腹血糖受损的发生与血脂异常、体成分异常分布有关,应加强锻炼降低体脂率避免中心性肥胖,有助于糖尿病的病因预防及病程控制。 Objective To analyze the differences and correlation between impaired fasting glucose and normal fasting glucose in human body composition and blood lipids.Methods From July to December 2018,336 patients with impaired fasting glucose(IFG)were selected from the physical examination population in a hospital in Urumqi as the case group,and 336 patients with normal blood glucose matched with the case group according to gender and age as the control group.Multiple linear regression analysis was performed to analyze the relationship between body composition and blood lipid in the patients with different blood glucose levels.Results Skeletal muscle mass,protein content,inorganic salt content,body fat content,body fat percentage,total water content,fat-free body weight and basal metabolism in the case group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in BMI,waist-hip ratio(WHR),waist circumference,high-density lipoprotein and triglyceride between the other two groups(P<0.05),and the results indicated that IFG detection rate was higher than that of the control group when BMI,waist-hip ratio(WHR),waist circumference(WC),high-density lipoprotein and triglyceride were abnormal.Multiple linear regression results showed that body fat volume,triglyceride,BMI,waist-hip ratio and waist circumference abnormality were influencing factors of blood glucose level(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of impaired fasting blood glucose is related to dyslipidemia and abnormal distribution of body composition.It is necessary to strengthen exercise to reduce the body fat rate and avoid central obesity,which is helpful to prevent the cause of diabetes and control the course of disease.
