摘要
目的探讨临床药师应用PDCA循环法降低碳青霉烯类与丙戊酸联用发生率的效果。方法运用PDCA循环法,对重庆医科大学附属南川人民医院碳青霉烯类与丙戊酸的联用进行管理,比较管理前(2013年1月1日至2019年4月30日)和管理后(2019年5月1日至2019年12月31日)的联用相关数据。结果管理前,该院12个临床科室存在碳青霉烯类与丙戊酸联用现象,联用率为5. 66%;管理后,上述联合用药仅涉及4个临床科室,联用率为3. 18%,较管理前显著降低(P <0. 05)。结论临床药师通过PDCA循环法降低了碳青霉烯类与丙戊酸的联用率,促进了临床合理用药。
Objective To explore the effect of plan-do-check-action(PDCA)cycle management on reducing the incidence of unreasonable combination of carbapenems and valproic acid.Methods The PDCA cycle method was used to manage the unreasonable combination of carbapenems and valproic acid in Nanchuan People’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.The data on combined use of carbapenems and valproic acid was compared between before the intervention(January 1,2013 to April 30,2019)and after the intervention(May 1,2019 to December 31,2019).Results Before the intervention,the unreasonable combination involved 12 clinical departments,and carbapenems accounted for 5.66%of the cases using valproic acid.After the implementation of PDCA management,only4 clinical departments were involved,and the proportion of carbapenems combined with them was 3.18%,which showed a significant downward trend compared with before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of carbapenem and valproic acid by standardized management by clinical pharmacists through the PDCA mode has promoted the rational use of drugs in the clinic.
