摘要
对浓硫酸在运输过程中出现的发红现象进行了原因分析,探讨了硫酸浓度、杂质离子、温度及槽罐材质等因素的影响,试验结果表明:当浓硫酸温度高于42℃时铸铁材质的槽罐内壁钝化膜被破坏,硫酸与铸铁反应生成Fe3+造成硫酸变红。提出了在长距离或者高温天气运输浓硫酸时采用不锈钢或其他非铸铁槽罐车进行运输,使用铸铁槽罐车运输时控制浓硫酸的温度不超过42℃,同时应尽量保证车的平稳性等措施有效避免浓硫酸变红。
The red phenomenon of concentrated sulphuric acid during transportation is analyzed.The influence of sulphuric acid concentration,impurity ions,temperature and tank material is discussed.The test results show that when the temperature of concentrated sulphuric acid is higher than 42℃,the passivation film on the inner wall of tank made of cast iron will be destroyed,and the reaction between sulphuric acid and cast iron will produce Fe3+which will cause sulphuric acid to turn red.It is proposed that stainless steel or other non cast iron tank cars should be used for transportation of concentrated sulphuric acid in long distance or high temperature weather,and the temperature of concentrated sulphuric acid should not exceed 42℃when using cast iron tank car for transportation.Meanwhile,the stability of the truck should be ensured as much as possible to effectively avoid the red color of concentrated sulphuric acid.
