“双闪”铜冶炼保温烟气脱硝技术方案比选 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了大冶有色金属有限责任公司新建400 kt/a阴极铜冶炼项目闪速熔炼炉和闪速吹炼炉保温烟气的脱硝技术方案比选情况。针对保温烟气的条件与特点,通过对选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)、选择性催化还原法(SCR)和臭氧氧化法等3种脱硝技术在反应温度、脱硝效率、运行消耗、投资等方面的比较,设计了2种脱硝工艺配置方案。详细介绍了SCR和臭氧氧化脱硝工艺配置的设计基础与性能要求、工艺流程、主要设备及主要技术及经济指标,并从投资估算、运行费用、操作灵活性和远期适应性等方面进行了比较,最终选择臭氧氧化脱硝技术处理铜冶炼双闪炉保温烟气,实现达标排放,并能够适应未来超低排放的要求。 The comparison and selection of denitration technology schemes for heat preservation flue gas of flash smelting furnace and flash converting furnace in the newly built 400 kt/a cathode copper smelting project of Daye Nonferrous Metals Co.,Ltd.are introduced.According to the conditions and characteristics of heat preservation flue gas,through the comparison of three denitrification technologies,including selective non catalytic reduction(SNCR),selective catalytic reduction(SCR)and ozone oxidation,in terms of reaction temperature,denitration efficiency,operation consumption and investment,two denitration process configuration schemes are designed.The design basis and performance requirements,process flow,main equipment,main technical and economic indexes of SCR and ozonation denitration process configuration are introduced in detail.The comparison is made from the aspects of investment estimation,operation cost,operation flexibility and long-term adaptability.Finally,the ozonation denitration technology is selected to treat the heat preservation flue gas of copper smelting double flash furnace,so as to achieve the emission standard and meet the requirements according to the requirements of ultra-low emission in the future.
