共建共治共享理念下居民参与绿色社区治理的现实困境与路径探析

Analysis on the Predicament and Path of Residents'Participation in Green Community Governance under the Concept of Co-construction,Co-governance and Benefit-sharing

对多个城市居民生态素养和治理能力进行问卷调查,从居民生态素养、居民参与绿色治理的情况、社区和社会组织对居民产生的影响等角度分析当前居民参与绿色社区治理的困境,进而从完善法律制度建设、充分发挥其他社会系统的塑形作用、全方位利用好宣传媒体和在党支部的领导下吸引多元主体参与协同互动等方面,重点探讨在共建共治共享理念下促进居民参与绿色治理的对策。

Based on the questionnaire survey on residents’ecological quality and governance capability in many cities,the authors analyze the predicament of residents’participation in green community governance at present from theresidents’ecological quality,their participation in green governance,influence of community and social organizations on local residents,etc.Then some countermeasures are proposedfor the residents to participate in greencommunitygovernance more effectively based on the concept of co-construction,co-governance and benefit-sharing,especially in perspectives ofperfecting legal system construction,making good use of all kinds of organizations to improve residents’green awareness,realizing collaborationin the governance through the media under the leadership of our Party branches,etc.
