新疆战略性新兴产业金融支持效率测算及分析

Calculation and Analysis of Financial Support Efficiency of Strategic Emerging Industry in Xinjiang

以16家新疆战略性新兴产业上市公司为研究对象,选取2014—2018年金融支持投入和产出指标年度数据,通过DEA模型测算该产业金融支持效率。研究发现:新疆战略性新兴产业金融支持整体发展态势良好,金融支持效率有所改善但总体偏低,需进一步改善资金配置能力。为促进新疆战略性新兴产业金融支持发展,从加强自治区政府政策扶持力度、改善银行业金融机构服务模式和构建多层次资本市场等角度提出对策建议。

With 16 listed companies of strategic emerging industry in Xinjiang as the research objects,the annual data of financial support input and output from 2014 to 2018 were selected to measure the financial support efficiency of this industry through DEA model.The results show that the overall development trend of financial support for strategic emerging industry in Xinjiang is fine,and the efficiency of financial support has been improved to some extent,but the overall efficiency is low,so the fund allocation ability needs to be further improved.Toimprove the financial support for Xinjiang's strategic emerging industry,countermeasures are put forward from the perspectives of strengthening the policy support by the government of the autonomous region,improving the service mode of financial institutions in banking industry and constructing a multi-level capital market.
