当前高职院校创新创业教育问题透视及对策思考

Analysis of the Problems in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education by Higher Vocational Colleges and Thoughts on the Countermeasures

当前,高职院校创新创业教育是热点也是难点,缺乏系统性建设,观念滞后,师资薄弱,创新创业与专业培养缺乏融合,水平不高、成效不够,还处于起步的阶段。创新创业教育包括意识培养、机会识别、风险评估,以及团队建设能力、创新性思维、坚强意志训练,等等。而开拓创新创业教育内涵,构建“全覆盖、分层次”的教育体系,探索以案例、项目等为主导的教育模式,加强专兼职结合的师资队伍建设等,都是向纵深推进不可或缺的。

At present,innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is not only a hot issue,but also a difficult point.Since it is still in its starting stage,there exist many problems,such as the lack of systematic construction,lagging concept,not enough qualified teachers,lack of integration between innovation and entrepreneurship education and other courses,low education level,insufficient effects,etc.Innovation and entrepreneurship education involves awareness cultivation,opportunity judgement,risk assessment,team building ability,creative thinking,strong will training,and so on.It is necessary to develop the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education,build a"full coverage and different level"education system,explore the education mode dominated by cases and projects,and strengthen the construction of teachers’teams including full-time and part-time teachers.
