高职院校建档立卡学生就业帮扶路径探究--基于职业胜任力理论的思考

Probe into the Employment Assistance Path for Students with Poverty Archives in Higher Vocational Colleges:Thoughts based on the Theory of Career Competence

高职院校建档立卡学生就业是一项重要的民生工程,是建档立卡学生家庭脱贫的希望,做好建档立卡学生的就业帮扶工作意义重大。目前,高职院校的就业帮扶多以帮助学生“能就业”为目标,未能关注学生长期的职业发展,具有一定的“短视效应”。研究表明职业胜任力对学生职业生涯发展有着重要的影响。要结合职业胜任力理论及新时期就业帮扶工作的要求,探究建档立卡学生就业帮扶路径,为高职院校就业帮扶工作提供了新的思路。

The employment assistance for the students with poverty archives in higher vocational colleges is an important livelihood project,and it is the hope for the students and their families to get rid of poverty,so it is of great significance.At present,higher vocational colleges are actively helping the students with poverty archives in job-hunting,but fail to pay attention to these students'long-term career development.Research shows that career competence has an important influence on students'career development,so it is necessary to study the employment assistance path for the students with poverty archives according to the theory of career competence as well as the requirements of the employment assistance work in the new period,so as to provide a new way of thinking for the higher vocational colleges in their work.
