滑索承载索钢丝绳的剩磁检测应用 被引量:7

摘要 钢丝绳作为滑索承载索的受力构件,其安全可靠性与设备的正常运行和乘客的人身安全密切相关。目前对于滑索承载索钢丝绳的检测主要采用人工目视检查的方法,容易产生漏检,为了解决这一技术难题,通过对某景区到期需要强制更换的多组滑索承载索钢丝绳进行剩磁检测应用试验,验证了剩磁检测方法的可行性,全面评估了钢丝绳的安全状态,排除了钢丝绳潜在的安全隐患,提供了更换及维护的参考依据,为后续滑索钢丝绳相关标准的修订提供了研究基础。 Wire rope is used as the stressed component of load carrying wire rope of strop ropeway.The safety and reliability of wire rope are closely related to the normal operation of equipment and the personal safety of passengers.At present,manual visual inspection is mainly used for the detection of load carrying wire rope of strop ropeway,which is prone to miss inspection.In order to solve this technical problem,the feasibility of residual magnetism testing method was verified by applying it to multiple groups of expired load carrying wire rope of strop ropeway that needed to be replaced in a certain scenic spot.It can make comprehensively assessment about the safety status of wire rope and eliminate the potential safety risks.It provides the basis for replacement and maintenance reference for the user and provides a research basis for the revision of relevant standards of wire rope of strop ropeway later.
