芪明颗粒联合羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗糖尿病超乳术后干眼症的临床研究

Clinical study on Qiming Granules combined with Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Eye Drops in treatment of xerophthalmia after phacoemulsification of diabetes mellitus

目的探讨芪明颗粒联合羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗糖尿病超乳术后干眼症患者的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月—2018年6月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院收治的120例糖尿病超乳术后干眼症患者,将所有患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组给予羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液,1~2滴/次。治疗组在对照组的基础上温水冲服芪明颗粒,1袋/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗1个月。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的眼部症状指标、炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,治疗组的临床总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的71.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌时间(SIt)均升高,角膜荧光染色(FL)降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者BUT、SIt高于对照组,FL低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均下降(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪明颗粒联合羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗糖尿病超乳术后干眼症具有较好疗效,可改善患者眼部症状,降低炎性因子水平,安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qiming Granules combined with Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Eye Drops in treatment of xerophthalmia after phacoemulsification of diabetes mellitus.Methods Patients(120 cases)with xerophthalmia after phacoemulsification in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,and each group had 60 cases.Patients in the control group were given Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Eye Drops,1—2 drops/time.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qiming Granules on the basis of the control group,1 bag/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and ocular symptom indicators and the levels of inflammatory factors in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,which was higher than 71.67%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,BUT and Sit in two groups were increased,but FL in the treatment group was decreased in two groups(P<0.05).And BUT and Sit in the treatment group was higher than those that in the control group,but FL was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and hs-CRP in two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and these indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiming Granules combined with Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Eye Drops has clinical curative effect in treatment of xerophthalmia after phacoemulsification of diabetes mellitus,can improve the eye symptoms of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
