纳米载药系统在泌尿系肿瘤治疗中应用的研究进展 被引量:6

Research progress on application of nano-drug loading system in the treatment of urinary tumors

摘要 在泌尿系肿瘤的常规治疗手段中,化疗药物的毒副作用和多药耐药的发生以及手术后复发率高等弊端,迫切需要开发出治疗泌尿系肿瘤新型有效的策略。纳米技术作为一门新兴且跨学科的领域,因其可改善药动学、优化药物靶向性、提高生物相容性等独特优势被寄望于肿瘤的预防和诊疗上。主要就近年来纳米载药系统在泌尿系肿瘤中的研究进展进行全面、系统的综述。 In the conventional treatment of urinary tumors,chemotherapeutic drugs had the side effects and the occurrence of multidrug resistance,as well as the high recurrence rate after operation,therefore new and effective treatment strategies are forced to be developed.As a new and interdisciplinary field,nanotechnology is expected to be used in tumor prevention and treatment because of its unique advantages,such as improving pharmacokinetics,optimizing drug targeting,improving biocompatibility and so on.The latest application of nano-drug loading system in urinary tumors in recent years is reviewed comprehensively and systematacially in this paper.
