摘要
溃缩吸能式转向管柱是在传统的转向管柱基础上增加了可溃缩变形的吸能部件。在车辆发生碰撞时,转向管柱各部件可按照预先设计的工作原理进行溃缩,通过溃缩吸能作用,对驾驶者的胸部和腿部进行有效的保护,现针对某溃缩结构转向管柱的溃缩试验方法进行探究,获取详细的溃缩曲线,以验证转向管柱溃缩结构的设计合理性。
Collapsible energy absorbing steering column is an energy absorbing component which can be collapsible and deformed on the basis of traditional steering column.In the event of vehicle collision,the steering column components can collapse according to the pre-designed working principle,and effectively protect the driver's chest and legs through the collapse energy absorption function.In order to verify the rationality of the design of the collapsible structure of the steering column,the collapsing test method of a collapsible structure steering column was explored and the detailed collapsing curve was obtained.
