摘要
阐述了由驱动轴引起的汽车横向振动现象,从主观和客观两个角度说明横向振动的评价方法,针对试验数据开展深入分析确定横向振动发生机制。基于万向节型结构开展受力分析,识别3阶轴向循环力产生原因,从布置角度、节型结构、配合间隙、润滑油脂4个方面探索轴向循环力影响因素。考虑车型定位和控制成本,最终确定配合间隙和润滑油脂优化,实现汽车横向振动问题的控制。
The phenomenon of vehicle lateral vibration caused by drive shaft was described,the evaluation method of vehicle lateral vibration was explained from subjective and objective perspectives,and the mechanism of vehicle lateral vibration was determined by in-depth analysis of test data.Based on the force analysis of universal joint structure,the causes of the third-order axial cyclic force were identified,and the influencing factors of the axial cyclic force were explored from four aspects:layout,joint structure,fit clearance and lubricating grease.Considering the cost of vehicle positioning and control,the optimization of fit clearance and lubricating grease is finally determined to realize the control of vehicle lateral vibration.
