基于可变编程集线器的整车线束模块化设计

摘要 随着汽车功能的增加和个性化定制的需要,从设计到售后各个环节因为线束变更导致的问题越来越严重,现有的线束设计方法无法解决这些问题。基于可变编程集线器的整车线束模块化设计方法,由通用的集线器连接线束模块,通过变更控制程序使集线器在不同位置使用,只需更新局部线束和集线器的控制程序就可应对所有变更需求。配合模拟电检、集线器位置检测及ID分配、基于CAN总线的集线器控制程序下载等步骤,提高模块的通用性,减小线束的变更范围,提高效率和装配智能化,解决线束变更导致的周期长、工作量大、管理困难、人力成本高、质量风险大、库存种类多、报废率高等问题。 With the increase of the functions in automobile and the need of personalized customization,the problems caused by the change of wiring harness are more and more serious during design to after-sales.And the existing methods of wiring harness design cannot solve these problems.By using the modular design method of vehicle wiring harness based on variable programming hub,the wiring harness module is connected by the versatile hub,changing control program can make the hub be used in different locations,and only change local wiring harness and the control program of hub can meet all the changing requirements.Together with the simulation test,hub position detection and ID allocation,control program of hub download based on CAN bus,improve the module's versatility,reduce the scope of wiring harness changes,improve efficiency and the intelligence of assembly,solve the issues caused by wiring harness changes,like long cycle,big workload,management difficulty,high labor costs,quality risk,stock variety,high scrap rate,and so on.
