基于Python语言的燃油箱内置立柱仿真简化模型及其应用

摘要 为了提高燃油箱内置立柱的结构设计效率,建立了一种内置立柱仿真简化模型。该模型一端固定,另一端借助Abaqus二次开发语言Python施加节点接触力载荷,接触力载荷源自原始方案全局仿真模型。通过与全局仿真模型对比可知:该简化模型能够准确预测内置立柱中间区域的应力,在前期方案设计时能够显著提升仿真效率。 A simplified simulation model was established to improve structure design of built-in standoffs in fuel tank.The simplified model was fixed in one side;the other side was applied with nodal contact force,which was from full simulation model of original standoff scheme,using development language Python in Abaqus software.Compared with full simulation model,this simplified model accurately predicts the stress in the middle region of the built-in standoff,and significantly improves the simulation efficiency in the preliminary design.
