PBL教学在本科生儿科临床技能操作教学中的应用 被引量:12

Application of PBL Teaching in Pediatric Clinical Skill Operation Teaching of Undergraduates

摘要 目的探讨PBL教学模式在本科生儿科临床技能操作教学中的合理应用。方法选取某医科大学2014级60名本科生为研究对象,随机分为传统教学组(对照组,30人)与PBL教学组(实验组,30人)。通过理论考核、技能操作考核、问卷调查采用t检验比较两种教学方法的教学效果。结果 PBL教学组学生理论测试成绩平均分数80.2,传统教学组理论测试成绩平均分数74.06,PBL教学组学生技能操作考核成绩平均分数83.16,传统教学组学生技能操作考核成绩平均分数77.50,PBL教学组学生理论成绩和技能操作考核成绩整体水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。PBL教学法的问卷调查教学效果评价显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法在儿科临床技能操作教学中具有显著的良好效果,能够激发学生对儿科临床技能操作的学习兴趣,提高学生的儿科临床思维能力、实践操作技能,值得在儿科临床技能操作教学中进一步推广。 Objective To explore the rational application of PBL teaching model in pediatric clinical skills teaching.Methods 60 undergraduates of the class of 2014 in capital medical university were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the traditional teaching group(control group, 30) and the PBL teaching group(experimental group, 30). The teaching effects of the two teaching methods were compared through theoretical assessment, skill operation assessment and questionnaire survey with t test.Results The average score of PBL teaching group in theory test is 80.2;the average score of traditional teaching group in theory test is 74.06;the average score of PBL teaching group in skill operation test is 83.16;the average score of traditional teaching group in skill operation test is 77.50.The overall performance of PBL teaching group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the teaching effect evaluation of PBL teaching method was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method has obvious good effect in pediatric clinical skill operation teaching,it can stimulate students’ interest in learning the operation of pediatric clinical skills and improve students’ ability of pediatric clinical thinking and practical operation skills, which is worthy of further promotion in pediatric clinical skill operation teaching.
