摘要
目的探讨应用微信随访对造影剂外渗患者满意度的效果。方法选取2017年8月1日至2018年10月20日北京市某三甲医院放射诊断科CT室行增强检查发生造影剂外渗的患者108例,随机分为实验组56名和对照组52名。两组患者性别、年龄、受教育程度等一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。对照组患者接受常规健康教育和电话随访,实验组患者在常规健康教育的基础上接受微信随访。分别于造影剂外渗后24小时、48小时、72小时对两组患者焦虑程度及患者满意度进行比较。结果实验组患者24小时、48小时、72小时焦虑程度远低于对照组,特别是48小时实验组患者非常焦虑人数、一般焦虑人数及不焦虑人数均明显少于对照组,两组患者对医护人员满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论微信随访可以有效降低造影剂外渗患者的焦虑情绪,进而提高患者对医护人员的满意度。
Objective To discuss the influence of wechat follow-up on the satisfaction of contrast agent extravasation patients.Methods From August 1, 2017 to October 20, 2018, 108 cases of contrast agent extravasation patients whoreceived enhanced examination by CT office in radiology and diagnostic division of a upper first-class hospital in Beijing were selected, and randomly divided into study group and control group. The differences in the general information, such as gender, age and educational background, of the two groups have no statistical significance(P>0.05), and thus, the two groups are comparable. The control group received routine health education and telephone follow-up, while the study group received routine health education and wechat follow-up. At 24 hour, 48 hour and 72 hour after the contrast agent extravasation, the anxiety degree and satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety degree of the study group is far lower than that of the control group, the satisfaction of the study group is higher than that of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P = 0.002).Conclusion Wechat’s follow-up can effectively reduce the anxiety of patients with contrast media extravasation, and then improve patients’ satisfaction with medical staff.
