Based on the complicated variable domestic and foreign environment,facing current demand to rebuild new development advantages and promote economic high-quality development,aiming to achieve more stronger and sustainable development,on the basis of exact identifying the local conditions,stage characteristics,comparative advantage and development shortcomings,the systematic path choice of deep implementing the innovation-driven development strategy in Gansu are constructed from six aspects of energetically carry out“culture+”strategy,industrial revitalization strategy,talent strong province strategy,private enterprises promotion project,fostering new growth drivers and to establish a new model of technology accurate docking.
