This paper discusses the status quo of China’s coal industry development under the new era from the aspect of environmental impact,economic,legal and social phenomena,and points out that mining companies should adhere to the concept of“green”concept,actively adapt to requirements of civilization and ecological construction in the new era,provide intelligent support for the realization of efficient and rational exploitation of mine resources and the virtuous cycle of natural environment.
