摘要
城市旅游小火车作为一种旅游观光新工具,以其外观个性化设置、线路灵活、安全可靠受到很多景区欢迎,其身影已出现在国内多家主题乐园、旅游景点,形成了一个年产值近3亿元的新产业,有着巨大的市场前景和发展潜力。从客户需求出发,分析了城市旅游小火车的系统特性、设计部件参数,并通过仿真对设计进行验证,通过在线考核对产品性能进行验证,最终完成了40 km/h高档全景车的牵引辅助系统产品设计,实现了车辆的牵引、制动控制、辅助设备供电、蓄电池充电控制及与整车控制单元的网络通信功能。
As a new tool of tourism,city tour train is popular in many scenic spots for its individualized appearance,flexible route and safety.At present,city tour train has appeared a number of domestic theme parks,tourist attractions,forming a new industry with an annual output value of nearly 300 million yuan,with huge market prospects and development potential.In this paper,the system characteristics and the parameters of the design components of city tour train are analyzed,and the design is verified by simulation,and the product performance is verified by on-line examination,finally,the product design of 40 km/h high-grade panoramic train’s traction auxiliary system is completed,which realizes the traction and brake control,auxiliary equipment power supply,battery charging control and network communication function with the vehicle control unit.
