摘要
制备了一种有序层状与无序结构复合的锂离子电池富锂正极材料Li1.2Ni0.2Mn(0.6-x)TixO2(0<x<0.6),通过镍元素激发电极材料的电化学活性;引入Li2MnO3,优化热处理温度,调控有序层状-无序结构复合的相比例。所制备的Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.4Ti0.2O2在经过700℃热处理后比容量达到341 mAh/g,比能量达到1 018 Wh/kg。
Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.6-xTixO2(0<x<0.6),a Li-rich cathode material with ordered-disordered structure,was prepared.The electrochemical activity of the electrode material was triggered by the doped Ni element.The regulation of ordered-disordered phase ratio was based on heat treatment temperature and introducing the Li2 MnO3 constituent.The prepared Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.4Ti0.2O2 after 700℃heat treatment can deliver a large specific capacity of about 341 mAh/g,and energy density of 1018 Wh/kg.
