摘要
对铝壳电池封口焊接进行试验及研究,对焊接不良类型及原因进行了深入分析,通过提高焊接设备CCD拍照的准确性和焊接区域清洁度,优化原材料的尺寸配合度及铝材成分、保护气种类的选择与流量设置,改善焊接工艺参数设计等方面,取得了较好的焊接效果;对动力电池铝壳激光焊接工艺质量提升具有一定的现实指导意义。
The sealing welding of aluminum shell batteries was tested and researched,and the types and causes of bad welding were analyzed in depth.By improving the accuracy of the CCD photograph of the welding equipment and the cleanness of the welding area,optimizing the size matching degree of the raw materials,the selection and flow setting of the aluminum material composition and the type of protective gas,and improving the design of the welding process parameters,the welding effect was getting better.The improvement of laser welding process quality of power battery aluminumshell has certain practical significance.
