摘要
为掌握甲醇燃料电池工作特性,更好地管控燃料电池运行状态,需准确测量电池特征参数。采用ATMEGA8L微控制器在无外接芯片或辅助电路的前提下实现对电池电压的高精度测量,运用DA18B20数字温度传感器进行温度测量,提升测量中的抗干扰性。利用直接测量的电压、温度、电流值等数据,作为输入参数,间接测量燃料浓度。通过实验得出:燃料电池电流值通过电子负载设定,电流值与燃料浓度相关,该方法能够辅助甲醇燃料电池工作在最佳功率输出点附近,充分发挥电池性能。
In order to master the working characteristics of the methanol fuel cell and control the running state of the fuel cell better,it is necessary to accurately measure the characteristic parameters of the cell.The ATMEGA8L microcontroller was used to realize the high-precision measurement of battery voltage without external chip or auxiliary circuit,and DA18B20 digital temperature sensor was used to measure temperature,so as to improve the anti-interference in measurement.Using the data of voltage,temperature and current measured directly as input parameters,the fuel concentration was measured indirectly.The experimental results show that the current value of the fuel cell is set by the electronic load,and the current value is related to the fuel concentration.This method can assist the methanol fuel cell to work near the optimal power output point,and give full play to the performance of the cell.
