摘要
针对电动汽车无线充电时线圈位置之间普遍存在水平偏移和角度偏转的不对称情况,分析了无线充电系统接收线圈在发生水平偏移后不同方向角度偏转对传输效率的不同影响。建立了无线充电系统的传输效率模型和不同位置线圈的互感模型,并利用仿真软件和实验分析了接收线圈发生水平偏移后顺时针角度偏转和逆时针角度偏转对无线充电系统传输效率的影响。研究结果表明,接收线圈发生水平偏移后顺时针角度偏转和逆时针角度偏转会对无线充电系统的传输效率产生不同影响,且发生水平偏移后逆时针角度偏转的情况对线圈位置变化的容忍度更高。
According to the asymmetry of horizontal offset and angle deflection between the coil positions in the wireless charging of electric vehicles,this paper analyzed the different effects of angle deflection in different directions on the transmission efficiency of the receiving coil in the wireless charging system after the horizontal offset.In this paper,the transmission efficiency model of wireless charging system and mutual inductance model of different position coils were established,and the influence of clockwise angle deflection and counterclockwise angle deflection on the transmission efficiency of wireless charging system was analyzed by simulation software and experiment.The results show that the clockwise angle deflection and the counterclockwise angle deflection may have different effects on the transmission efficiency of wireless charging system when the receiving coil is horizontally offset,and the counterclockwise angle deflection may have higher tolerance for the change of coil position when the receiving coil is horizontally offset.
