韦氏肉芽肿病的CT表现分析

CT imaging analysis of Wegener granulomatosis

目的:探讨韦氏肉芽肿病的CT表现特点。方法:回顾性分析29例临床确诊为韦氏肉芽肿病患者的鼻窦和胸部影像学表现。结果:29例中6例鼻窦受累,表现为双侧鼻窦黏膜不同程度增厚,鼻甲、鼻中隔及鼻窦壁破坏;28例肺部不同程度受侵,其中20例以两肺多发结节灶为主,5例呈孤立性结节或肿块,3例出现多发斑片状实变。结论:韦氏肉芽肿病累及多器官,尤以肺部多见,临床症状与影像表现相结合可提高对该病的早期诊断水平。

Objective:To evaluate the CT imaging characteristic of Wegener granulomatosis.Methods:The paranasal sinuses and chest CT were performed in 29 patients with Wegener granulomatosis.The imaging findings were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The paranasal sinuses involvement in 6 cases were manifested as bilateral sinus mucosa thickened,and the turbinate,nasal septum and nasal sinus wall damaged.The pulmonary involvement in 29 patients were multiple locations,forms and changes.Conclusions:Wegener granulomatosis involves multiple organs,especially the lungs.Clinical symptoms combined with images are helpful for diagnosis.
