跗骨窦综合征MRI评分与AOFAS踝-后足功能评分的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between MRI scale and AOFAS ankle and hindfoot scale in sinus tarsal syndrome

目的:探讨跗骨窦综合征(STS)MRI评分与美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)踝-后足评分的相关性。方法:回顾性分析39例STS患者的MRI及临床资料,并按MRI评分与AOFAS踝-后足评分2种评分表评分后进行统计分析。结果:39例MRI评分45~91分,平均(69.95±12.16)分;AOFAS踝-后足评分为28~84分,平均(60.69±15.10)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),相关系数为0.822,两者有很强的相关性。结论:STS的MRI评分与AOFAS踝-后足评分的相关性较好,MRI评分可该病提供量化诊断和客观依据。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between MRI scale and AOFAS ankle and hindfoot scale in sinus tarsal syndrome(STS).Methods:A retrospective analysis was made of the MRI images and clinical data of 39 patients with STS,and the scales were made according to MRI scale and AOFAS ankle and hindfoot scale,followed by statistical analysis.Results:The MRI scales of 39 patients were 45~91 points,with an average of(69.95±12.16)points,and the AOFAS ankle and hindfoot scales were 28~84 points,with an average of(60.69±15.10)points.There was a statistically significant difference between them,with a correlation coefficient of 0.822,which had a strong correlation.Conclusion:MRI scale of STS has a good correlation with AOFAS ankle and hindfoot scale,which can provide quantitative diagnosis and objective basis for STS.
