眼科临床应用“药对”经验探讨

Discussion on experience of “Chinese medicine pair” in clinical application of ophthalmology

中医治疗疾病注重遣方用药,讲究配伍组成。“药对”是由两味中医临床常用的中药配伍组合而成,构成简单、配伍严谨、疗效确切。为进一步探讨“药对”在中医眼科临床应用的经验,结合在临床中应用经方、验方的体会,按照眼病辨证论治理论及药物性能的不同特点,有目的地将两种药物合在一起应用,通过临床验证,总结出眼科常用的“药对”。按照内外障辨证、五轮辨证理论及药物性能的不同特点,现将眼科常用“药对”进行总结概述。

Traditional Chinese Medicine treats the disease to pay attention to the use of drugs and prescription,and to stress the collocation and composition of drugs.“Chinese medicine pair”is a combination of two traditional Chinese medicines commonly used in clinical practice.The composition of the“Chinese medicine pair”is simple,the compatibility is rigorous,and the curative effect is precise.In order to further explore the experience of clinical application of“Chinese medicine pair”in ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine,combined with our experience of clinical application of classical and empirical prescriptions,according to the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment of ophthalmology and the different characteristics of drug properties,the two drugs were purposefully applied together.Through clinical verification,the commonly used“Chinese medicine pairs”in ophthalmology were summarized.According to the different characteristics of internal and external ocular syndrome differentiation,five orbiculi syndrome differentiation theory and drug properties,this paper summarized and classified the commonly used"Chinese medicine pairs"in ophthalmology.
