基于有限元模拟的夹套容器应力分析探究

摘要 对于给定设计结构的夹套式容器,利用有限元分析软件对该结构形式的压力容器在不同条件下应力分布情况进行了探究;在其他条件一致的情况下,同时也研究了应力分布随内压、内温增大的变化情况;并根据应力分析结果发现该结构的应力集中部位并给出处理方法,为针对夹套式容器结构的检验工作提供了一定参考意见. For jacketed vessels of a given design structure,the finite element analysis software was used to explore the stress distribution of the pressure vessel of this structure under different conditions.At the same time,under other conditions,the stress distribution was also studied.The changes of pressure and internal temperature increase:and according to the stress analysis results,the stress concentration parts of the structure are found and treatment methods are given,which provides certain reference opinions for the inspection work of the iacketed container structure.
