摘要
针对二次再热塔式炉安装过程中受热面管排空间密集难以进行射线检测和表面观察问题,尝试采用超声相控阵进行检测.为验证超声相控阵在塔式炉的可用性,首先用小径管人工缺陷试样对超声相控阵检测能力进行验证,然后将超声相控阵应用于对一、二次低温再热器管安装焊缝的检测,并对超声相控阵可能会产生的非相关显示进行总结.本文可为超声相控阵检测在二次再热塔式锅炉安装工程的应用提供参考,并对超声相控阵检测技术相关研究具有实践上的借鉴意义.
In view of the difficulty in conducting X-ray detection and surface observation of the heated surface tube in the installation process of the secondary reheat tower furnace,ultrasonic phased array was tried to carry out detection.In order to verify the availability of ultrasonic phased array in tower furnace,Firstly,the testing capability of ultrasonic phased array was verified by the small diameter tube artificial defect sample,and then ultrasonic phased array was applied to detect the welding seam of the installation of the first and second low temperature reheater tubes.The possible non-correlation display of ultrasonic phased array was summarized.This paper can provide reference for the application of ultrasonic phased array detection in the installation of secondary reheat tower boiler,and has practical reference significance for the related research of ultrasonic phased array detection technology.
