摘要
分析近30年特种设备安全技术规范中对起重机械液压系统的检验要求和当前起重机产品标准中对液压系统平衡阀的规定,指出平衡阀在起重机检验中的重要性.以液压缸变幅系统为例,未设置平衡阀或平衡阀和液压缸非刚性连接时,分析液压缸失速的危险.设置平衡阀且平衡阀和液压缸刚性连接时,解释平衡阀实现平衡调速功能的工作原理,并分析正常和异常情况下平衡阀对液压缸和负载的安全保护作用,指出了平衡阀日常安全检验的重要性.
The inspection requirements of crane hydraulic system for special equipment in recent 30 years and the standard regulation of counterbalance valve for crane hydraulic system are analyzed to indicate the importance of counterbalance valve in the safety inspection of special equipment.Taking the derricking cylinder as an example the stall of the derricking cvlinder is analvzed.when the counterbalance valve or the non-rigid connection between the counterbalance valve and the hydraulic cylinder is not set.Explaining the working principle of the counterbalance valve to realize hydraulic speed control,when the counterbalance valve and the rigid connection between the counterbalancevalve and the hydraulic cylinder is set,the importance of the daily safety inspection of the counterbalance valve is proved.
