燃气锅炉低水位运行后的检测与评价

摘要 针对一起燃气锅炉低水位运行、停炉后又瞬间进水的操作事故,为查明事故对锅炉造成的损伤情况,进行了宏观检查、几何尺寸测量、无损检测、理化检测和水压试验,并在此基础上对锅炉材质状况进行了客观的评价,对烟管提出了定期检验的要求,给出了锅炉安全运行的操作建议. Based on an operational accident of the instantaneous water inflow upon shutting down a gas-fired boiler that was running at a low level of water,this paper provides the findings and objective evaluations based on a series of inspections and examinations that carried out the macroscopic examination,geometry size measurement,nondestructive testing,physical and chemical testing and water pressure test on the damages to the body of the boiler and the causes,as well as regular inspection requirements are put forward for flue gas pipe,the safe operation of the boiler operation Suggestions is given.
