京张高速铁路清河站U形轨道梁的设计分析 被引量:1

摘要 比选京张高速铁路清河站轨道梁的结构设计方案,分析几何参数选择对U形轨道梁受力特性的影响,研究梁体在竖向荷载作用下的应力、结构变形等力学性能。结果表明:站内选用U形轨道梁可提供在上下建筑高度同时受限条件下结构承载所需的梁体高度,能有效满足车站内不同线路条件下高速列车运行的需要;竖向荷载作用下U形轨道梁的槽口总体呈减小趋势,梁上下缘的应力分布不均;道床板上施加横向预应力对于控制梁体应力和结构变形有利;单线、双线U形轨道梁的低阶振动形态大体相同,高阶振动形态有所区别。 By comparison and selection the structural design scheme of track beam at the Qinghe station of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high speed railway,this paper analyzed the influence of geometric parameters selected on mechanical properties of U-shape track beam,and researched on the stress and structural deformation of beam under vertical load.The results indicate that the U-shape track beam used in station can provide the beam height required for the structural bearing under the condition that the upper and lower building heights are limited at the same time,and it can effectively meet the needs of high speed train operation on different line conditions.The groove of U-shape track beam under vertical load decreases on the whole,and there are non-uniform stress on the upper flange and the bottom flange of girder.The transversely pre-stressing in slab is beneficial to control stress of beam and structural deformation.The low order modes of U-shape track beam with single line are basically similar to the U-shape track beam with double line,while their high order modes are different.
