摘要
随着新奥法在隧道施工中的广泛应用,作为其关键环节的监控量测所处的地位越来越重要。本文以科洞Ⅰ号隧道现场监控量测数据为例,通过数据分析准确预测了右线YK74+276里程处发生的坍塌事故,阐明了监控量测工作在塌方预报中所起到的重要作用;运用一元非线性回归分析法对拱顶下沉数据进行回归分析,根据分析结果并结合围岩压力量测数据提出了施工二次衬砌的合理时间在40d左右;通过监控量测数据的分析,实时掌握了围岩及支护的稳定状态,并据此对施工设计参数提出修改意见。
With NATM widely used in tunnel construction,tunnel monitoring measurement as its crucial link plays an increasingly important role.This article takes the monitoring measurement field data of Ke DongⅠtunnel as practical examples.The author accurately predictes the rock collapse which occurred at the YK74+276 mileage of the right line through data analysis,thus illustrates the important role for rock collapse forecasting played by monitoring measurement,then,uses the method of unitary nonlinear regression analysis to analyze the crown settle data,according to the analysis results and combining with surrounding rock’s pressure data,ascertains the construction time of the secondary support is forty days later,meanwhile,the research work can obtain the stability informations of surrounding rock and support timely through the analysis of monitoring data and then proposes amendments on the design parameters.
