EBZ160掘进机关键参数的改进设计

摘要 针对EBZ160掘进机在实际生产中由于零部件结构不合理、材料选型不合理以及外部载荷过大导致其零部件磨损严重的问题,在分析EBZ160掘进机结构的基础上,基于solidworks三维软件和ANSYS有限元分析软件对其伸缩内臂进行有限分析,得出其薄弱环节,经多个优化方案对比分析后可得出通过控制掘进机的外部载荷特性提升掘进机的性能的结论。 In view of the problem that the parts wear seriously due t o the unreasonable structure of the parts, the unreasonable material selection and the excessive external load in the actual production of the EBZ160 roadheader,based on the analysis of the structure of the EBZ160 roadheader, the limited analysis of its telescopic inner arm based on the solidworks three-dimensional software and the ANSYS finite element analysis software is carried out, and the weak links are obtained, and the performance of the roadheader can be improved by controlling the external load characteristics of the roadheader after comparative analysis of several optimization schemes.
