带式输送机可控启动装置设计分析及试验研究

摘要 针对长距离、大运量、大匀速带式输送机在启动和制动阶段性能不佳的问题,提出将可控软启动装置应用于带式输送机的启动和制动控制中的策略,并完成了可控软启动装置的结构设计,并对基于可控软启动装置带式输送机的启动和制动性能进行验证。实践表明,优化后的带式输送机启动、制动运行平稳,降低了对工作面电网的冲击,延长了工作寿命。 In view of the poor performance of long distance, large capacity and large uniform speed belt conveyor in the starting and braking stage, the strategy of applying the controllable soft start device to the starting and braking control of the belt conveyor is put forward, and the structure design of the controllable soft start device is completed,and the starting and braking performance of belt conveyor based on controllable soft start device is verified. Practice shows that the optimized belt conveyor starts and brake smoothly, reduces the impact on the working face power grid,and prolongs the working life.
