摘要
为提升掘进机的掘进效率和巷道的掘进质量,针对履带式掘进机在实际掘进过程中存在附着力不够、打滑以及不能自动排出履带内淤泥的问题,首先对掘进机履带板进行动力学分析,对原履带板进行强度校核,着重对其履带板结构进行优化设计,并对优化后履带板的强度、啮合力等进行验证。
In order to improve the tunneling efficiency of the roadheader and the tunneling quality of the roadway, in view of the problems of insufficient adhesion, skidding and unable to automatically discharge the silt in the track during the actual tunneling process, the dynamic analysis of the track plate of the roadheader is carried out first, the strength check of the original track plate is carried out, the structure of the track plate is optimized, and the strength and meshing force of the optimized track plate are verified.
