为解决带式输送机输送能力与工作面生产能力相匹配的问题,以某矿为设计依据,分析了带式输送机的工作原理,根据带式输送机其他装置的选型,完成对带式输送机运输能力、输送带类型及宽度、滚筒直径和托辊间距等关键参数的设计,并完成了对带式输送机驱动装置、制动装置的选型设计。

In order to solve the problem of matching the conveyor capacity of belt conveyor with the production capacity of working face, the working principle of belt conveyor is analyzed based on the design of a certain mine.According to the selection of other devices of belt conveyor, the key parameters such as transport capacity, conveyor belt type and width, drum diameter and roller spacing of belt conveyor are designed.
