摘要
针对目前带式输送机在更换胶带时胶带容易出现磨损断裂,导致胶带使用寿命较短的问题,设计出了一种胶带换切装置。介绍了该胶带换切装置的总体设计方案,分析了换切装置电控及液压系统设计,并验证了设计的可靠性。试验表明,该带式输送机胶带换切装置解决了传统更换胶带时投入人力较多、安全性较差、环境污染等问题,达到了在矿井恶劣的环境中能够及时对带式输送机胶带进行更换的目的。
Aiming at the problem that the belt is easy to wear and break when the belt is replaced, which leads to the short service life of the belt, a belt changing device is designed, and the overall design scheme of the belt changing device is introduced. The design of electronic control and hydraulic system is analyzed and the reliability of the design is verified. The test shows that the belt changing device solves the problems of more manpower, poor safety and environmental pollution when traditional belt changing, and achieves the purpose of replacing belt conveyor belt in time in bad mine environment.
