摘要
为了降低煤矿井下的运输成本,提高井下液压支架的运输效率,基于目前国内现行的支架搬运方式和特点进行研究和分析,给出了一种支架搬运的新方法。具体介绍了支架搬运拖车的适用场景、技术指标、结构组成和运行特点,对该支架搬运拖车的U型结构的强度进行了检验。实践证明,该研究所提出的搬运方式可以有效提高支架运输效率,缩短煤开采工作面的搬家倒面的工作周期,此外该运输方式使用设备单一,参与人数较少,工作时转运环节简便,可以有效避免安全隐患。
In order to reduce the transportation cost of underground coal mine and improve the transportation efficiency of underground hydraulic support, based on the current domestic support handling mode and characteristics, a new method of support handling is given, and the applicable scene, technical index, structure composition and operation characteristics of the support handling trailer are introduced in detail, and the strength of the U structure of the support handling trailer is tested. It is proved by practice that this method can effectively improve the efficiency of support transportation and shorten the working period of moving face in coal mining face. The transportation link is simple,which can avoid the safety hidden danger effectively.
