摘要
介绍了掘进机的整体结构设计及各个组成部分,针对掘进机的电控系统进行了优化设计,主要开发一种适用于切割煤以及应用于半煤岩巷道的掘进机,介绍了电控系统的组成结构、设计优化温度控制电路、语音系统以及数据通讯部分。相关专家对该掘进机的优化设计进行了评价,同时,初步对掘进机进行了工业试验,该机型符合目前国内的市场要求,试验合格。
This paper introduces the overall structure design and various components of the roadheader, optimizes the design of the electric control system of the roadheader, and mainly develops a roadheader suitable for cutting coal and applying to semi-coal roadway, including introducing the composition structure of the electronic control system,designing the optimized temperature control circuit, voice system and data communication part. The optimization design of the roadheader is evaluated by relevant experts. At the same time, the industrial test of the roadheader is carried out preliminarily, and the model meets the current domestic market requirements and the test is qualified.
