摘要
针对刮板输送机关键零部件的损耗问题,基于力学分析对链轮的受力情况进行研究,分析驱动链轮的主要失效形式,在此基础上对链轮的结构进行优化设计,对优化后链轮应力分布情况与原始状态进行对比,以验证优化设计的有效性。优化结果表明:优化后最大接触应力减小了6.84%,最大应变减少了9.61%,对链轮结构参数的设计改进效果明显。
In view of the loss of key parts of scraper conveying mechanism, the stress of sprocket is studied based on mechanical analysis, the main failure forms of driving sprocket are analyzed, and the structure of sprocket is optimized on this basis, and the stress distribution of optimized sprocket is compared with the original state to verify the effectiveness of the optimized design. The optimization results show that the maximum contact stress decreases by 6.84% and the maximum strain decreases by 9.61%. The effect of improving the structural parameters of sprocket is obvious.
