摘要
针对煤矿带式输送机传统卸煤筒状漏斗装置在使用过程中损坏严重,不具有自动降尘功能以及煤流卸载后对下水平输送机造成冲击破坏等技术难题,大同煤矿集团中央机厂通过技术研究,对矿用DTL型带式输送机设计了一套梯形卸煤漏斗,并在雁崖煤业公司三盘区西翼盘区输送机中进行应用,通过实际应用效果来看,梯形卸煤漏斗起到煤流缓冲作用,卸煤后煤流速度降低为0.3 m/s,有效防止了下水平输送机跑偏、撕带等事故发生,取得了显著的应用成效。
The company designed a set of trapezoidal coal unloading fu nnel for the DTL type belt conveyor, and applied it in the west wing belt conveyor. According to the practical application effect, the trapezoidal coal unloading funnel acts as the buffer of coal flow, and the speed of coal flow is reduced to 0.3 m/s after coal unloading m/s, which effectively prevents accidents such as running deviation and tearing belt of lower horizontal conveyor, and has achieved remarkable application results.
